We’re proud of our exceptional services and integrated team approach to hip and knee replacement surgery, and we want you to be an active part of that team. That’s why our patients who are having a total joint replacement participate in our Joint Academy of Northeast Connecticut, a program designed to provide information and education about the steps required to achieve a successful hip or knee replacement.

This comprehensive program will provide you with vital education prior to your surgery about how to prepare, 在手术过程中会发生什么, and what you can do to aid your recovery after surgery. The program will also guide you through the PAT process and pre-surgical physical therapy.

Joint Academy education sessions are held at 2:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month in the Robert H.
